...I was ever so nervous. I kept repeating it in my head, "OH MY GOSH, FIRST GRADE!" I thought to myself for sure, my hands would be full and I was in for a big surprise. I asked myself at least three times, "Do I really want to do this?" "Am I really ready for all this?" I knew it was too late to back out but I was just really overwhelmed with having to stand in front of 19 first graders who were ever so observant and just had such piercing eyes.
It was only the beginning and I was probably just freaking myself out, so I kept a positive mind and looked forward to the coming days.
